Lentor Certification Program

Lentor Certification Training Program is designed for real estate professionals who want a stronger working understanding of the mortgage process and how financing impacts the overall transaction.

Through this training, agents will review key lending concepts, borrower qualification issues, loan program considerations, appraisal and underwriting factors, and common communication points that can affect timing, expectations, and the client experience.

The goal of this program is to help real estate professionals better understand the lending side of the transaction, communicate more effectively with buyers and lending partners, and support a smoother path from contract to closing.

Upon completion, participants will receive recognition as a Lentor Certified Agent.
